Use this sheet to agree what must be demonstrated before accepting a quotation,
production lot or shipment. It contains no inspection results or certificates.

1. PUBLISHED SUPPLY INFORMATION
Grinding rods: regular diameter range 60–160 mm; heat treatment, straightening,
fixed-length cutting, inspection, marking and export packing. Specify the ordered
length, material and mill duty. Alternative materials need separate review.

PT bars: bars and drawing-defined machined couplers, sleeves, bolts and studs.
The published diameter and strength ranges are not an all-combinations guarantee;
confirm the actual bar, strength series, thread and component combination.

2. CONNECT THE ORDER TO THE RECORDS
Order / drawing revision -> material heat -> heat-treatment lot -> inspection
record -> bundle or part identification -> packing list.
Ask how identifiers are retained after cutting, machining and repacking. Where a
record refers to a different test piece or delivery state, obtain clarification.

Dimensions and straightness     Ordered size, tolerance, measurement method,
                               sampling and measured results for the relevant lot.
Heat treatment and properties   Delivered condition, test scale/method, test
                               location, sampling and acceptance criteria.
Threads and machined parts      Drawing revision, mating-part interface, gauges
                               or specified checks, dimensions and traceability.
Packing and dispatch            Identification, protection, quantities and the
                               correspondence between tags and packing list.

3. GRINDING-ROD INDUSTRIAL TRIAL
Define the trial quantity, mill, rod dimensions and baseline before starting.
Use comparable feed, operating and replacement conditions. Record mass additions,
stock changes and removals separately; identify the accounting period and dry
new-feed tonnage when reporting kg/t. Record breakage and bending separately.
A single trial does not establish performance for different mills or conditions.

4. PT BAR AND CONNECTION ACCEPTANCE
Identify bar and mating-component drawings, revisions, strength requirements,
thread geometry and engagement. State any assembled-connection test, its actual
configuration and acceptance criteria. Component supply does not establish system
approval or interchangeability. System design, anchorage qualification, stressing
equipment and installation remain with the specified system provider/project team.

5. READ PUBLIC EVIDENCE IN ITS CORRECT SCOPE

Check the holder, issuer, scope and validity of each document. A management-system
certificate is not a certificate for your product lot. A redacted example shows
document format and identification; it is not the test record for a new order.
JOTAIN-owned downstream processing is distinct from upstream mill entities.
