Jotain Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in Hangzhou to coordinate alloy steel and processed steel supply for industrial buyers.

JOTAIN established an equity-backed upstream mill relationship, adding production and material-route coordination to its supply route.

JOTAIN expanded its equity-backed upstream supply network and route review for buyer-specific steel requirements.

Ownership and mill relationships
- JOTAIN owns and operates its downstream heat-treatment and steel-bar processing lines. Its upstream supply network includes equity interests of 45% and 49.5% in two mill partners, alongside strategic mill relationships. The applicable mill, material origin, grade, processing, inspection, and delivery route are confirmed per order.
- Coordinated processing routes support closer communication on heat treatment, machining preparation, inspection, and delivery preparation.
