JOTAIN’s industrial-steel roots date to 1999. The operating company was incorporated in Hangzhou, China, in 2004. The names listed below show how its current and historical company names relate.

Jotain Materials Co., Ltd. co-owns two mill-linked production joint ventures with major special-steel producers. JOTAIN manages the ventures and operates its own downstream processing route. Each order identifies the applicable producer, processing route, certificate holder and delivery scope.
