These Website Terms apply to use of jotainmaterials.com, its localized pages, technical guides, downloadable or copyable examples, RFQ tools, and public links. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and within the boundaries described here. If you do not agree, do not rely on the site as a contractual specification or continue using interactive tools.

These terms are for the website. A quotation, purchase order, order acknowledgement, quality agreement, confidentiality agreement, or signed contract may establish different or additional transaction terms.

2. Technical content is screening information

Public pages are informational buyer-side guidance. They may help structure an RFQ, compare terminology, identify questions, or prepare an inspection and documentation scope. They are not engineering approval, legal advice, a material certificate, an inspection record, a declaration of conformity, or a promise that a particular route is available for every size, quantity, destination, or application.

Grade cross-references are screening aids, not automatic equivalence findings. Chemical, mechanical, heat-treatment, dimensional, inspection, and testing requirements depend on the controlling standard and edition, product form, size, delivery condition, sampling and test position, and agreed acceptance terms. Where a page links to a standards catalog or public summary, the official licensed edition and incorporated buyer specifications control. Website summaries do not reproduce or replace licensed standards.

Examples, sample RFQ lines, tables, ranges, diagrams, and calculations are illustrative unless the page expressly identifies a source and scope. Only accepted order terms define the requirements for a specific supply. Binding requirements should identify the parties, product, grade and controlling standards, editions, dimensions, quantity, delivery and surface condition, processing, inspection and certificate scope, acceptance criteria, price, delivery basis, packing, destination, and the documents that form the agreement. Conflicts between documents must be resolved in writing.

Availability, production route, lead time, freight, duties, and price can change before written acceptance. Do not schedule downstream production or make safety-critical decisions from an unaccepted quotation or public page.

4. Permitted and prohibited use

6. Availability and warranty boundary

JOTAIN works to keep the site useful and accurate but does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, completeness, or that every page is current for every jurisdiction. Content may be corrected, expanded, moved, or withdrawn. Security controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that internet communications are always confidential or available. Governing law, venue, arbitration, liability allocation, warranty, remedies, inspection rights, and dispute terms for a supply are defined in the accepted transaction documents. This website does not invent or replace those negotiated provisions.
