Prepare a steel bar RFQ that suppliers can quote consistently.
Tell suppliers which requirements are fixed, where alternatives are allowed, which records to provide and who can approve a deviation. Use the same grade, standard, dimensions, delivery condition, processing, inspection, documents, packing, quantity, destination and revision details in the enquiry and the accepted order.
A complete RFQ improves review and comparability; it does not confirm availability, price, lead time, conformity, or acceptance. Those remain order-specific and are confirmed through quotation and release records.
